Previous message: Theresa: "Chat last night" I have been diagnosed with PCOS for several years now. I am currently on Glucophage under the supervision of my GYN. I am trying to become pregnant again. I am looking for any feedback on infertility doctors in the New York City area. Under my health plan, Dr. Kofinas, Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Sarosi are listed as participating doctors. Any feedback on those doctors specifically would be greatly appreciated. Thank you -- I have been on Glucophage for almost 5 months, on ad off. I have had very irregular periods since my teenage years. My GYN always has put me on the provera when I have had missed periods. I am currently late over two months with my period after having two normal cycles from taking the provera. I am in the process of starting the provera again to bring on a "withdrawl bleed". I would suggest to try the provera again. It seems to work well even when taking the glucophage. I know how frustrating it can be missing periods. Hang in there.
