Those "hormones" in the meat and milk are virtually non-existent. I grew up in VT, my dad spent 20+ years as a dairy farmer, so I do know a few things about this. Even if all milk producers were using hormones (they're not), the possibility that the hormone reaching a consumer is so miniscule, they would do no harm. The same is probably true for meat. As women, we need dairy to prevent things like osteoporosis - even with my weight problem, I've always drank alot of whole milk (can't stand the taste of the other milk). And I love a good Filet Mignon!
