Hi..I too have been taking spiro for some time now, I've noticed mood swings, there are some days I feel great and other days I get uneasy and feeling very depressed at times. Right now I'm taking 200 mg per day so far for 3 years. I'm ok taking spiro cos my excess hair growth has decreased to only a few hairs around my chin area only. I'm pleased with some of the results of spiro.
