I was lucky to have to change gynos a few months ago, and she (Sam) diagnosed me within 10 minutes (were all the other doctors I've seen asleep??). I started out on BCPs and had 3 miserable months of symptoms (I can't get pregnant but I get to walk around with morning sickness, fun!) so she put me on the Depo shot. So, here's my question, Sam recommended "The Zone" and to talk to my PCP about Glucophage. I started the diet and got the prescription, but they would seem to me to work against each other. I mean, the diet is supposed to regulate insulin, and Glucophage increases insulin leaves, right? You guys really seem to know your stuff, I hope you can help me.
