Your glucose/insulin levels *should* not flucuate wildly but if you know that you feel as thoughyour body reacts in a worse manner at a certain time of the month, then you should time the test to coincide with that time frame. It would still be very important to eat a high carb diet for 72 hours before the test.

I think that you know more about your body than anyone. If you feel that your glucose is higher or lower at different times based on your symptoms, you could very well be right. :-)
