For 3 years now I have had about 5 periods. I started growing hair on my chin...I gained about 50 lbs and most importantly I could not figure out for the life of me why I couldn't get pregnant when my husband and I were very "active". The doctors i went to all poo poo'ed me and said stuff like your young...maybe you need a few years to get regular...had tons of tests...but no one could find a problem. I found this site by accident. I may not Have PCOS..But i have made an appointment to a new Doctor. And I'm armed with all the info I've found. If I could just be diagnosed with something it would make me feel better....I was begginning to feel like a total freak because I don't know another 19 year old that is shaving her chin or has a period that lasts a month and not have one for 5 or 6.
