Ginger, I'd go for the quarter pounder (or one of their grilled chicken sandwiches if you like that), no bun, small fries the bigger burger=more protein should help you with the carbs in the fries, so hopefully they won't trigger as big an insulin response. (Go easy on the ketchup!) Maybe add one of their salads and you'd have a pretty well rounded meal, for a place that serves that kind of thing... :) At Wed, 7 Jun 2000, Ginger wrote: >
