Allison, I'm on the CAD - Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. It is the most simple to me and I've also made it even simpler probably. I don't eat breakfast, limit my lunch to under 4 grams of carbs (usually consists of no carb ham and no carb cheese)and then at dinner I eat a reward meal. Anything I want for an hour then stop eating til lunch next day. I have a history of not lasting on diets. This one has lasted the longest for me, I feel more in control than ever before in my life, have more energy than ever and feel better than ever in life. Eating like this has helped keep me from the afternoon sluggish slump I used to always have since I used to load up on carbs a lunch. And best yet, I am losing weight! Also, I believe I heard that Rachel Heller, Coauthor of CAD book, also has PCOS. Used to weigh 300 pounds. Lost 150 pounds on CAD and is now a size 6 for the last 10 years! Hope this helps Leigh
