although the little pinkie really hurts...i must comment!! Wink...you are 100 % correct....you must all be strong! I am doing it & with that, I know that it can be done by just about anyone!!! I loved my breads, pastas, fruits, potatoes, chips, candy bars...etc., etc., but no more!! I cut them out & I feel so much better...physically & emotionally! It really can be done....just stay strong, believe in yourself & remind yourself of your *goal* every day. It is hard at times...and when it gets to that point for me....I take a good hard look at myself and say...I want to change...for me! If that "want" is strong enough...you can find the way to do it! I've always been pretty weak...but..I really am doing it & really believe that if I can...anyone can!! :-) alexis
