I've been on Avandia for about 4 months now. I started out at 4mg daily and was increased last month to 8mg daily. Nothing. If anything, I think my symptoms are getting worse. It's really discouraging. I tried glucophage, metformin, and rezulin. The rezulin worked great but unfortunately....we don't get that option anymore. You have to remember though, everyone is different. My advice to you is to kind of keep a journal. It will help you determine if it's working for you or not. Hope this helps!
