I don't know much about all of the different diets out there, but I know that Atkins only limits carbs. Induction is almost no carbs (it's to kind of flush your system and take the carb addiction away) then you go to 20 and slowly add until you get to as many carbs as your body can take and still loose. When you are done with the losing you start to maintain and I think the carbs for that varies on the person. Don't worry...once the candy is out of the house I'm sure you'll feel a surge of will power! You can do it:) "The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be still." -Exodus 14:14
