I have read in one of the low-carb books that extremely low carb intake can trigger these symptoms in some people. I'm sorry I can't remember which book! I've read so much lately...But the cure was: more carbs and perhaps some vitamin supplements, calcium, magnesium and perhaps potassium. It was mentioned in an earlier post that supplemental postassium is contra-indicated with sprironolactone. If you are taking any meds, I would check with you doctor before adding supplements. I did the CAD to start with and did not have any of the symptoms you are talking about. Good Luck! At Mon, 5 Jun 2000, Laura wrote: >
