Hi Alexis:

Oh yeah I've got that "below the boob" fat too. LOL. It's the part of my bod I hate the most. My bras are getting all tight around there and chafing especially when it's hot. It's the one part that really makes me feel huge because it's starting to stick out more than my boobs when I sit down. UGH!

So I guess I am just commiserating with you. I wish I had some exercise tips though I am not sure more exercise removes fat from any one place anyway. But I am sure it doesn't hurt to firm it up with some upper abdominal work. I like to use the nautilus ab machine at my gym. It doesn't involve sit ups, which I hate. Also if you belong to a club, ask one of the trainers there for some exercises. Just a thought.

And hey, thanks for the good wishes about my appt. I will keep you posted on how the met goes.
