Hi Barbara,
How are you doing? Breakfast.. Mmm, well i have only just realised, my
own fault for not reading the CALP book carefully enough, that I should
not be using lots of milk in coffee, i could have sworn that milk wasn't
on the list of Carb rich foods... SO, i am now going cut out the large
quantities of milk to see if I have less mid morning hunger.
I take chromium GTF 200mcg everyday and inositol.. I take the chromium
as soon as i wake up, but i am wondering whether these tabs contain
carbs, so i might take them with the reward meal. what about you
Barbara, do you take anthing else that is useful?
Nice to chat
Alex
