-- apparently with insurance here in the northeast with most insurances if the codes for a diagnosis or testing is not right ,like yours, then the companies don't pay. all that's usually needed isto have your doctors office and lab resubmit the bills to the company with the proper diagnosis,i.e. polycystic ovaries, suspected glucose impairment, or ammenorhea. sometimes tests are performed to rule out causesand the dr. needs to have that on your chart.i have had many bills resubmitted usually on the advice of the insurance companys rep and then they paid with no problem. good luck!
