Re: My progress with low-carbing, Inositol and Chromium GTFFrom: Barbara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 May 2000 21:38:42 -0500 (CDT)
Inositol is a supplement, available at most health food stores, or places like GNC. If you are interested, do a search on this forum and you will see lots of posts regarding Inositol, it is supposed to help make us more sensitive to Insulin so that we don't have to produce so much. I definately agree about the healthy carbs, when you aren't eating bread, potatoes, pasta...you've got to eat broccoli, cauliflower, zuchinni, etc. Nice tip on the 'cookies' - do they taste good? :) At Wed, 31 May 2000, Rae wrote: > >Barbara, I think this is a great way to "low-carb".
