My progress with low-carbing, Inositol and Chromium GTF

I have put "low-carbing" in quotes, because for me it has been more of a matter of controlling when I eat the carbs, what proportions I eat them in compared other food, and drastically reducing the amount.

For the last three weeks: I have been taking Inositol in the morning: 1500 mg no food for an hour, Chromium 200mcg-at dinner or bedtime, and when I remember sometimes at lunch. My "low carb" regimen: Started out CAD, but it was too hard for me at breakfast, so I've added a few carbs in the form of strawberries at breakfast, and reduced my carbs at dinner. I do not snack between meals. I also drink only water (enough to float!) or herbal tea, except at dinner when I sometimes have dry red or white wine.

I have lost 6 pounds, and can really see the difference, it may not be alot of pounds but it feels like my body is 'leaner', so the fat loss vs. weight loss makes sense to me. I feel more energetic, enough so that I have begun regular excercise in the last week. I also look healthier: my skin color is better, skin is less dry, eyes clearer, Some other benefits, I have been sleeping better, and I feel more in control of my emotions. I don't know if this helps anybody, but it took me a while to commit to "low carbing", and I think it really does make a difference. I don't know if the way I am doing this will work for anyone else, but I wanted to post this message to let you all know, I got the supplement ideas here, and it was reading about the success of others with low-carbing that prompted me to try it, So THANK YOU!
