Maybe in reply to: liz: "energy & weight" Well, I haven't tried low carb but I seems so hard, with this surgery you don't feel the need to eat. So I will have no other choice but to cut back. I dont enjoy eating and am looking forward to be able to control that hungry feeling. I have seen three of my friends go through this surgery all success stories. I know I am young but I feel like I am wasting my "youth" by being over weight. I hate the yo-yo crap and I really feel like this is a perment solution. Rosanne Arnold (Barr) had it done and so did Carney Wilson, what a difference it has made for them. Thanks for the support.
