Re: Kids and IR--questionsFrom: Barbara (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 31 May 2000 14:54:55 -0500 (CDT)
Hi Jolene, I am a research junkie on any new topic, so if you know of any good books that explain this all I would love to know about them. I have read Carbo-Addicts, and Protein Power, and now I'm reading The Zone, and have a couple other books waiting in the wings. My approach to this all has been to get all the info I can, and process it & see what works for me. As for whether Sears is completely on target or not, that is less important to me than the concepts that each of these books share, like controlling insulin release, and making informed food choices for better health. Thanks for your input and I will keep it in mind, At Wed, 31 May 2000, Jolene wrote: > >FWIW - > >Zone is on the more moderate end of low carbing.
