Your blood glucose levels look good, but the insulin levels do look
elivated. Did your DR tell you anything about the results?

they are normal....not sure
Fasting: Glucose, Insulin
1 Hour: Glucose2, Insulind
2 Hour: Glucose2, Insulin@
Certainly not the worst levels (although they sounded bad to me!), but I
really believe that I am IR. I had some other symptoms, like headaches
and shakiness when I'm hungry. I had also gained 30 lbs in the 6 months
following the onset of my period. I've never been thin since (bummer!),
but I'm getting there.
Hope all of you have as much success as I have.
