Which just shows up on ovaries sometimes (the condition is misnamed) Other symptoms can be used to diagnose you altho IGTT I guess is one way to know for sure. But my endo. diagnosed me with PCOS based on my complaints: body hair, can't lose wieght, irreg periods, etc. ANd also by my elevated testost. on blood test. Never once looked at my ovaries.
