YES--I think the chromium (and some other supplements) can mess with the
results. That's why most take it, to change blood sugar levels, etc. I
would stay away from it for a while (maybe someone else knows how long)
until tests are completed. There are many women with PCOS who do not
have polycystic ovaries. That is just one symptom. There are also
several other conditions that can have the same cosmetic results. Don't
give up, keep searching until you find it! I wouldn't rule out PCOS
without an IGTT though.
