Sam-

Thanks! I've only been taking 100mg of the Q10....I'm planning to try to increase to 200 and up to 500 eventually. The ketosis thing really freaks me out too! I tried upping the L-carn to 1500 a day, but that didn't work either. Hopefully, the RE will be able to help out & answer some ?'s for me on the 30th. Thanks again for your help! Also, are you taking Inositol as well? :-) Alexis

I too had a standstill for about 2 weeks. But I have read somewhere that it is not counted as a plateau unless you have stalled for a month. So try not to worry. Some days our bodies retain more water than others.

I'm still doing everything the same...can't understand why this is happening! :-( Not maintaining the ketosis anymore either...just can't get back in. One thing I have learned in the past few days....is that

Feel if I want one that bad, it will have to be after a meal!! I'm going out to buy the Q10 today....how much are you taking & when? I've also ordered some Inositol.

(Ive been working out in the gym twice a week for two weeks now as well - so that may also be a contributory factor) But that means I can add more carbs if I want and still know I will maintain weight loss.
