Hi
I too, had my first positive Dr's appt today. My GP has been brushing
me off, and hasn't taken any of my concerns seriously for over a year
now, and finally today I went to see an OB/GYN that helped me several
years ago (to become pregnant on Clomid). He immediately suspected
PCOS, and did an endometrial biopsy. I will be going for a pelvic
ultrasound in a few weeks with a specialist. I left the appointment
feeling validated in my concerns, and NOT the hypocondriac that my GP
thinks I am!
