Belle, Can you clarify what you mean by "normal cholesterol was below 200 a number of years ago"? What are you saying is normal cholesterol now - higher or lower? All the cholesterol ranges on this site look to me to be about what Dr. Atkins and Dr. Eades (Protein Power) look for in cholesterol levels.
