Brenda-

Took me awhile!! Even after a couple of weeks, I was still unable to get it. Actually, only got to the second highest level once....that was after drinking a vodka/tonic!! If you are have trouble after the first three weeks or so (as I was), you may have severe IR. That was when I went with the L-Carnitine. Helped me get into ketosis...however, I still can't get beyond the "small" range. The Diet Coke could be causing some of a problem. That is mainly because of the caffeine & sweeteners....every time you drink one, you release more insulin. I've cut mine to about 2 per week and quit smoking (all within the last week).....ahh haa! maybe that's why my weight loss is at a standstill!! hee hee hee!

:-) Alexis
