Annetta: That is so great! I really hope you did ovulate, let us know ok? take care! Linda: I am doing the inositol, and low-carbing. I have just gotten back into excercising because I feel so much better. The thing that I have noticed is fat loss. I have been on the Inositol/Chromium combo and low carbing for almost 3 weeks, I have lost 6 pounds, but it feels and looks like a lot more, so I've been told-and how great is that?! I think that the way we eat is very important, but you can "get away with" more when you are excercising regularly because it helps regulate your insulin and burn the carbs. I also have noticed a difference in my skin, it was severly dry when I started and now it is getting better. I think this is due to the added protein in my diet, and the insulin regulation. Take care, I wish you continued success! At Sun, 28 May 2000, Annetta wrote: >
