I started the inositol about 3 1/2 weeks ago, ( a much bigger dose of
1500 mg) and quite honestly I have been pleasently surprised.
I imagine it is too early to know for sure, but I think I ovulated (temp
dropped almost a full degree yesterday, then back up today). I will not
know for sure for a few days, but I will definately let you all know.
oh, the reason I say think is because it has been probably around 12
years since I have actually ovulated, and I have never ever did the temp
thing before now. (very new at this)
