I feel for you. I went through a hard time with drs. too, until I
found this wonderful endocrinologist. Can't help with the rest, but can
tell you that A+Ox3 mean that you are alert and oriented to yourself,
time and place. Basically, you know who you are, what time/season it is
and where you are. We use this a lot at the nursing home where I work.
