I seem to recall reading something about thinning bones, etc. in the book by Dr. John Lee, but can't remember the book's title. I know it has been posted here before, but just don't remember...hmmmm...Anyway, he talks a lot about the need for progesterone (something many of us are seriously lacking) when it comes to maintaining bone health, etc. It might be a place to search.
