Sam-
Again, so glad to hear it's working for you!! The past 2 weeks, I'm at a complete standstill! I was losing 1lb per day...and now nothing! I even gained 2! I'm still doing everything the same...can't understand why this is happening! :-( Not maintaining the ketosis anymore either...just can't get back in. One thing I have learned in the past few days....is that
as a smoker, with every cigarette you smoke, your body releases insulin...wow! I have since quit smoking!!! It's only been two days...but at least I'm doing it. Feel if I want one that bad, it will have to be after a meal!! I'm going out to buy the Q10 today....how much are you taking & when? I've also ordered some Inositol.
Thanks for the help!!
Alexis

(Ive been working out in the gym twice a week for two weeks now as well - so that may also be a contributory factor) But that means I can add more carbs if I want and still know I will maintain weight loss.
