Do not go on a nurses word. Plus from my understanding you can have normal levels but it is the ratio or comparison between two that you look at like between FSH and LD. Bren Also I do not have cyst on my ovaries and my doctor said that the bloodwork is not always a good and accurate indicator. He diagnosed me based on my symptoms and history.

Just a side story, labs can screw up. My son has an immune disorder called sub type A. He also has allergys and borderline asthma. Well it took us a long time to get the correct diagnosis. One time we had lab work done at the hospital I can not remember exactly what it was for. Then two days later the doctor reordered the same labs and they were drastically different. He said that the first ones must of been done incorrectly.

You know deep down if PCOS fits you or not. I would go with that and hopefully you can find the needed help and treatment.
