I was on it before I knew about PCOS, but it didn't work too well for me. I lost about 10 pounds total, but it came back. The problem with WW, as I see it, is that it's very focused on carbs. They use this point system for all foods, and carbs tend to be low points (which is good for the program) and proteins tend to be much higher.

Personally, I was always hungry.
