Okay, from what I have read normal fasting for glucose is between 70 and 90. 1/2 hour normal is under 150 1 hour normal is under 180 2 hour normal is under 110 For insulin fasting normal is under 10 1/2 hr normal is between 40 and 70 1 hour normal is between 50 and 90 2 hour normal is between 6 and 50

I took it upon myself today to "check" out my records so I could get my results. My levels were fasting insulin was 66

1/2 hour glucose was 228 1/2 hour insulin 114

1 hour glucose 259 1 hour insulin 136

2 hour glucose 257 2 hour insulin 127

As you all can tell that is why I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. For some reason my fasting glucose is not showing up in there. But, this does show me just how messed up my insulin is.

your levels just look a little high. Are they going to do the IGTT or just the GTT? I would make sure they run the IGTT on you, just to be on the safe side.
