Have you tried taking an acidopholus supplement? That will often help with diahrrea for alot of things. I buy Lactobacillis Bifidus at the health food store (enteric coated, keep in refrigerator). It helps with the healthy bacteria in the intestine. I've also read something recently about flaxseed oil helping ALOT with the symptoms of IBS. I haven't tried that one yet, but I did read it in an article from Prevention Magazine, so it's fairly legit from what I could tell.
