Hi Steph, I am not sure on the exact conversion. But I take 200 mcg of chromium picolinate. I don't know what a ug is quite honestly. You may need to call your pharmacy or I am sure you can probably fine a conversion chart on the net.

I have just bought some chromium picolinate (couldn.t find GTF) and I
was wondering about the reccomended dosage the bottle says 'each tablet
contains chromium picolinate 403ug providing chromium 50ug" and to take
1 per day, Some of your posts say 200, or 400 or 800 I would just like
to compare apples with apples do I take 1 per day providing me with 50ug
of active chromium or do I take 4 per day to get 200ug of chromium or do
I look at the overall dose which says 403ug and take 1 to 2 per day.
help please I am soooo confused
