I read a blurb about it in Psychology today magazine a while ago, and to the best of my rememberance, It is a natural (?) substance, it helps nevre fibers work better, and my mom read somewhere that it helps joints and/or cartilege (bad knees run in our family). Can't remember if it fools with the seratonin balances (like prozac, and even St.John's wort to some extent). Can get it at Wal mart, here in NC. Seems like GNC, or some place like that wuld have it. I haven't tried it, I like my St. John's wort just fine (although was tempting because of the knee thing).
