I TRY to keep myself around 20-30 a day. Once a week, I go "off the wagon" but continue to lose. However, I have eliminated ALL pasta, potatoes & bread. I'm not taking Met, as I wanted to see if I had success with the L-Carn & Chromium....which I am! Also...since the Tic Tac post, I'm snacking on 1/2 a little box a day!! Orange...yummy!! Alexis :-)
