Hey ladies!!!

Hope all is well! Couple of ?'s for you.....again!! Since low-carbing and taking L-Carn & Chromium since the end of March, I've lost 15lbs. I was in a 22...now getting back into my 20's...wow! I'd really like to get back into those 18's though (the ones in the closet...collecting dust)! OK, here's the couple of ?'s...last night I had a very horrible feeling...got incredibly dizzy, almost sick to my stomach, kept yawning like I was gasping for breath & belching like there was no tomorrow! Also, (pretty gross), but had a very small bm which was of a "clear-jelly-like" consistency. When I woke up this morn, same dizzy feeling...not as bad though. Thought that maybe some sugar would help...so I ate almost a whole bagel w/ cream cheese & drank a whole can of V8!! Totally high carbs! I feel relieved in about an hour after that. What was the reason?? Also, I am fat!! However, besides my stomach, I'm not very "flabby." When I tighten my fanny (as large as it is) it is as hard as a rock...same for my legs. I know that I am very muscular, but would like to lose some of that...any thoughts?? Thanks Again!!! :-) Alexis

They got baggy pretty quickly so I invested in two new pairs (same brand - 1 in a 24 and 1 in a 22 thinking Id slim into them. But when I went to try them on the 24 too big and the 22 fitted nicely :) that was a few weeks ago. Saturday I exchanged the 24's for a size 20 and wore them Sunday <G> Im aiming for at least an 18 before my holiday in Crete in August!
