Re: A BAD IDEA?

Two of my friends have had it (they don't have PCOS) and have had great results on it... They were both a little over 300 pounds and have each lost about 120-140 pounds. One had it about 5 years ago and has remained slender, and my friend's mother had it about 2-3 years ago and is doing great. It really messed with their metabolism at first - they were cold a lot, threw up if they ate too much or the wrong foods, etc... But, both say they'd do it again.
