Ginger,
One of the wonderful things about bcp is the lighter flow and less
cramping. It's very normal. I was on bcp for about 10 years (except
the times I was ttc) and when (if ever) I had af on my own w/o bcp it
would always be heavy and painful. And I've always heard and been told
by my docs that your risk for cancer decreases on bcp. Most say you
need some kind of flow, heavy or not.
Hope this helps.
