Barbara This is very interesting. Ive not done any research - tho am using inositol and chromium and have definately noticed a huge improvement in the speed at which the hair grows - ie takes much longer than it used to. I have electrolysis regularly - at least once a week (for about a year) before taking the inositol and chromuium - but this had reduced to once every other week. I will say that the electrolysis had a huge impact on the type of hair I am growing. When I first went the hair was extremely coarse - rough to the touch - like my husbands 5 oclock shadow!! Following a few months of electrolysis it became much softer. Also, when I first started to get facial hair the hairs were very blonde but strawlike - and so I started plucking them - thats when they came trhough black. My beautician says the plucking caused blood to rush to the follicle and feed it - thus producing stronger harsher hair. Since receiving regular electrolysis I have noticed that not only are the patches of hair less dense, but also have seen a return of the blonde hairs (tho for all I know this could be new ones!!!)

Any one else got any info. Id be interested to know.

Best regards Sam P
