I agree with you Barbara--once hairs get converted (by the male hormones) to the thick course kind, that's it. They don't turn back to the baby blond invisible hairs they once were. I don't know about slowing down the growth--maybe that can happen and maybe not. But you can't make them go away unless shave or electro. or something. It's not like it's a new hair, it's the same hair yu always had that just got converted. And now it's stuck that way.
