I know there are certain safe foods and herbs that can help with water retention. Some that I know about are dandelion (can get this in capsules or tea at the health food store), celery, asparagus (works great!!), and calcium/magnesium supplements are all supposed to help. Asparagus is my favorite because I really love it, but you can try any of these and possibly get the same results.
