I will look out for trivalent then--let youknow if I see anything about it.

no i don't get nauseous at all from the supps. i do take the inositol on empty stom. but not the chromium--i just pop it whenever I think of it. i fig. also that if they are two nutrients that do the same thing, let the inos. be the first chapter in the day and the chromium follow up later. Dunno if this is optimal, but its what i'm doing right now

but inositol--as unfamiliar and kinda strange a word as it is is a very gentle thing to consume in my experience. you mix a little powder with water (the powder looks exactly like baking soda) and you can't even taste it. honest

Tell me about your exp. with caffeine.--what has cutting it been helping you with? how do you feel having given it up--specifically?

i gave up caffiene from nov-feb, but while I didn't miss it, i didn't feel a dramatic diff. in my life. but then that was before i knew re: PCO and other things..
