Mary, the 'trivalent' is also 'bioavailable'. I am kicking myself for not printing out the info that I found, I cannot find the website again. It was all about Insulin Resistance and its impacts on many diseases and symptoms and this doctor had done research and he felt this 'trivalent' was important. I will keep looking for it. It sounds like chromium in most of its forms is helpful. I am wondering, is the Inositol and chromium supplementation a lifetime thing? Or perhaps you can 'wean' off at some point? Does anyone have any info on this? A side note, I have cut out coffee, and other caffeine, and it seems to help me a great deal. So, I guess I'm ready to start the supplements, do they make you nauseous at all? since you are taking them on an empty stomach? Thanks Mary,
