Although I'm not taking Met, I have had much success with my new "lifestyle" of low-carb. I'm not very strict with the low-carb and even enjoy a small dish of ice cream at night. I started just about a month ago and have lost 10-12 lbs. Along with the diet change, I'm taking: 1000mg L-Carnitine, 400mcg Chromium with a blend of about 50mg Inositol/Soya Lecithin each day. Just thought I'd share this. :-)
