Before I realized that I had PCOS, my boyfriend had found a site on the web that talked about treating acne with Vit.s, so I tried it. Extra C, zinc, E, and they called for extra A, but since that can build up to toxic levels, I only take that when I'm breaking out Really bad. It certainly hasn't "cured" the acne, but it helps quite a bit. They also said try to avoid iodine. Wish I could remember the name of the Doc., or site, but I can't. I also like that salicylic acid produsts, like neutragena. They seem to work better than benzyl peroxide products for me, too. Ivy

I didn't understand what you meant by the acne sometimes being called sugar diabetes??? Can you explain? And what do you mean by a "whole food diet"?
