Hello.....

I'm pretty close to where you are, I think (I am in Herndon, VA)... Anyway, I've found carob bars at both Sutton Place Gourmet (Reston) and at Fresh Fields/Whole Foods stores (Reston, Vienna, Arlington), AND at Trader Joe's (Falls Church, Rt. 7) and you can melt the bars in the microwave and dip strawberries or smear onto strawberries... tried it just a couple of days ago... not quite the same as real chocolate, but a pretty good substitute...

It is going to be HOT here this weekend!

Well, the good thing about low-carbing is that we can eat grilled meats, so I'm going to have my husband fire up the grill tomorrow after we finish --- ugh --- yardwork!

Enjoy your weekend & don't forget the berries!

Clara

drool drool - sounds FANTASTIC!!! I know what I am having today hehe. Hey is it possible to melt the carob and dip the berries in the carob? That would be great! It's going to be 90 degrees here in Fairfax VA and I am going to be doing yardwork (fun fun). I am looking forward to something rewarding afterwards :) At Fri, 5 May 2000, Amy wrote: >
