Suzanne Sommers diet in a nutshell is this:
1.carbs eaten with no protein or fat (ie. oatmeal with skim milk; pasta
with fat free marinara sauce...)
2.fruit ok eaten alone--2 hours must pass before eating anything else or
must eat it 2 hours after any other food.
3.Protein and fats ok together, but no carbs with those
4. 3 hours must pass before eating IF you are changing food types for
instance, going from a carb meal to a protein meal.
That's it in a nutshell...hope this helps in your decision.
